Service Description
One-on-one session at the client's home or an agreed location. Owner is present and actively coached alongside their dog.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Single Sessions: Owner agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled session. Since payment is collected after the session, a missed session or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed at the full session rate. 3-Session Packages: Owner agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a scheduled session. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the payment already collected for that session, and the session will not be made up without an additional fee. Trainer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made with proper notice, subject to availability. Owner Responsibilities Owner agrees to: attend scheduled sessions and arrive on time; practice recommended exercises between sessions; keep the dog current on required vaccinations; and disclose any known bite history, aggression, or medical conditions prior to the first session. No Guarantee of Results Training outcomes depend on many factors outside Trainer's control, including Owner's consistency, the dog's temperament, and prior history. Trainer does not guarantee specific results and will use professional, humane methods appropriate to the dog and goals. Breach of Contract Owner will be considered in breach of this Agreement in the event of: (a) non-payment of fees due under Section 3; (b) repeated late cancellations or no-shows beyond what is allowed under Section 4; (c) providing false or materially incomplete information about the dog's bite history, aggression, or medical condition; or (d) unsafe conduct or verbal/physical abuse directed at Trainer during sessions. In the event of a breach, Trainer may suspend or terminate this Agreement immediately. Fees already earned for sessions completed remain due and payable. For prepaid packages, any sessions not yet delivered will be refunded on a prorated basis, except where the breach involves a safety violation under (c) or (d) above, in which case remaining prepaid sessions may be forfeited. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability Owner understands that dog training involves inherent risks, including bites, scratches, trips, falls, and property damage. Owner voluntarily assumes these risks and releases Trainer, its employees, and agents from liability for ordinary negligence arising from training services. Owner agrees to indemnify Trainer for claims, damages, or expenses aris
